2026/08/03 Adjusted the pan range and zoom-out limit of process diagrams

The range in which you can drag and move the process diagram is now limited to the area around the diagram, preventing it from moving too far off screen. The minimum zoom-out level is set to the magnification at which the entire diagram fits within the view.
