Fixed an issue where a node would be brought to the front of edges simply by hovering over it, even when there were no candidate nodes available to add.
Additionally, fixed an issue where the "+" button tooltip would briefly appear in the upper-left corner of the screen immediately after moving the cursor away from a node.
