When you add an assignment label, the following Messages may appear. This applies both when adding from the assignment label list in the process header and when creating from the node detail sheet.
- A process can have a maximum of 15 assignment labels
- An assignment label with this name already exists
- Failed to add assignment label
Cause
- "A process can have a maximum of 15 assignment labels"...The assignment label limit has been reached. Up to 15 assignment labels can be registered in a single process.
- "An assignment label with this name already exists"...Assignment label names cannot be duplicated within the same process.
- "Failed to add assignment label"...Add failed for a reason other than the above.
Names can be up to 50 characters. If you enter a name longer than 50 characters in the node detail sheet, it will be registered with only the first 50 characters.
Resolution
Open the assignment label list in the process header and check the number of registered labels and their names. Delete any unnecessary assignment labels or Rename them before adding again.
If "Failed to add assignment label" is displayed, please wait a moment and try adding again.
The same restrictions apply when you ask an AI agent to add assignment labels. If the number of labels exceeds the limit or duplicate names are included, an error will be returned without any labels being added.
