When adding assignment labels, "Failed to add assignment label" may be displayed.
Cause
The issue is any of the following.
- The maximum number of assignment labels has been reached. Up to 10 assignment labels can be registered per process.
- An assignment label with the same name already exists. Assignment label names cannot be duplicated within the same process.
- The assignment label name exceeds 50 characters.
Resolution
Open the assignment labels list in the process header and check the number of registered labels and their names. Delete any unnecessary assignment labels or Rename them before adding again.
The same restrictions apply when asking an AI agent to add assignment labels. If the number of labels exceeds the limit or duplicate names are included, an error will be returned without adding any labels.
