2026-08-22 16:59:04 UTC 2026-09-13 07:56:16 UTC

Processes can be viewed in three display modes, each of which can be downloaded in the corresponding format. This article summarizes the types of views and download specifications.

Overview

You can switch between the following three views using the view switcher on the screen.

  • Flow view…A process diagram. Represents the flow of steps using nodes and edges.
  • List view…Displays nodes in a table format.
  • Swimlane view…Displays nodes separated into lanes by Assignment labels.

Specifications

Default display

When you open a process, the most recently selected view is used as the default display. If a URL specifies a particular view (e.g., via a link), that specification takes priority.

Download format per view

The items in the download menu are shown according to the currently active view mode. Items not available in the current view will not be displayed.

  • Flow view…Process diagram image (PNG)
  • List view…Node list CSV
  • Swimlane view…Swimlane image (PNG)

List view columns

Columns are displayed in the following order: No. / Node Name / Duration / Manual / Link / Assignment labels / Task Type. The total duration and Manual coverage are shown at the bottom.

CSV contents

The node list CSV is exported in the following 6 columns. The columns differ from those in the on-screen list view.

No. / Node Name / Duration (h:mm) / Description / Assignment labels / Task Type

  • The "Manual" and "Link" columns shown on screen are not included in the CSV.
  • "Description," which is not shown on screen, is included in the CSV.
  • Duration is exported in the same "hours:minutes" format as displayed on screen.
  • Nodes with no duration set are exported as blank.
  • If a node has multiple Assignment labels, they are listed in a single cell separated by line breaks.

Image output

  • Even if nodes or edges are selected, the selection state is not included in the exported image.
  • In Swimlane view, lane names are also included in the image.
  • Processes that contain only a Start Node cannot have their image downloaded.

Notes on Swimlane view

  • The lane width in Swimlane view is fixed according to the content. The layout of the on-screen display and the exported image will match.
  • If there are nodes with no Assignment labels set, an "Unassigned" lane will be displayed on the far left.
