The improvement Report is a feature where AI compiles business improvement proposals based on the process diagrams you have created. It can be exported as a PDF.
What the Report Contains
- Process Overview…Scope, objectives, Total Steps, and the count and ratio of decision / routine / automated tasks
- Step List…No., name, Task Type, and description
- Improvement Proposals…Measures, Manual Examples, and priority for each of the 3 categories: decision tasks / routine tasks / automated tasks
- Radical Reform Proposals…Details of the reform and expected outcomes
Things to Do Before Generating
- Add Execution Nodes…A Report cannot be generated for a process that has no Execution Nodes
- Set Task Types…This ensures accurate aggregation
How to Use
The Report is not intended to be used as a final conclusion, but rather as material for generating improvement proposals. Since priorities and specific measures are presented, it is best suited for use as a basis for team discussion.
You can also project the process diagram, instruct the AI to reflect improvement proposals in real time, and deliberate as a group simultaneously.
