2026/10/15 Fixed 2 issues including an issue where labels could not be edited on narrow screens

The following 2 issues have been fixed.

• When the screen width was narrow, the label field that opens from the tag Icon to the right of the Process Name would be collapsed, making it impossible to edit labels. This has been resolved and labels can now be edited.
• Hovering the cursor over the tag Icon displayed nothing, but it now displays "Label".
