Fixed the following 3 issues.
- Lines connecting to upper nodes were sometimes displayed passing through intermediate nodes; they now route around nodes instead.
- Return lines and forward lines were sometimes displayed overlapping for a long stretch; they are now displayed with separation.
- Unrelated lines were sometimes displayed passing very close to nodes or connection points; they are now displayed with spacing.
