2026/10/30 You can now configure permissions for multiple Processes all at once

You can now set permissions for multiple processes at once in Processes and Favorites.
From the "Permission Settings" that appears when you select processes using checkboxes, you can save changes to Organization-Wide Permission and add users all at once.
You can configure up to 50 items at a time.

Permissions for users who have already been added will not change.
