In the AI Chat, "An error occurred in the AI response." may be displayed. Along with this, "AI Agent tool execution failed." and "AI Agent couldn't retrieve the information." may also be displayed.
How to resolve
You can retry the response by selecting "Retry" from the error notification. You can also dismiss the notification by selecting "Close".
If the issue persists, please try the following.
- Clear the AI Chat history and try your instruction again. This is effective when the conversation has become lengthy.
- Split your instructions into shorter parts. This is effective when you have been requesting many changes at once.
Please note that responses that take a long time will not be cut off midway. If a response is taking a long time, please wait as is.
If the issue continues to occur repeatedly, please Contact us with the URL of the relevant process and the details of your instruction.
