While editing a process, you may see the following messages.
- Save failed
- Update failed
- Add failed
- Delete failed
- Duplicate failed
- Restore failed
- An error occurred
- An error occurred while loading
How to resolve
Please try the following steps in order.
- Perform the same operation again. If the connection was temporarily unstable, a Retry may succeed.
- Reload the page. Note that any Unsaved Changes will be lost.
- Check whether you have permission to perform the operation. Editing a process requires edit permission. You can check permissions in the "Permissions" panel.
If the issue persists, please Contact us with the URL of the process in question, the action you performed, and the Message that was displayed.
