Teachme Process is a service that turns business workflows into diagrams (process diagrams), allowing everyone involved to share the same overall picture.
What you can do
- Turn workflows into diagrams…You can create process diagrams through conversation with AI or by importing existing materials (PDFs and images). Manual editing is also available.
- Express conditional branching…You can illustrate branching paths in the diagram to show "in this case, go this way."
- Link to procedure documents…You can associate Teachme Biz Manuals with each step, making it easy to go from "what to do next" to "how to do it."
- Clarify responsibilities…By setting assignment labels for each step, you can review role assignments in a Swimlane view that arranges steps by assignee.
- Use as material for improvement…By classifying steps as decision-based, routine, or automated, AI can generate a Report with improvement suggestions.
Using together with Teachme Biz
The two services operate at different levels of granularity.
- Teachme Process…The big picture of your workflow. It shows "why and what to do next."
- Teachme Biz…The detailed steps of your workflow. It shows "how to do it" using images and videos.
Where to use it
It is used in a web Browser. There is no dedicated app. Since the service involves editing diagrams, the interface is designed with use on a computer in mind.
