Teachme Process is made up of the following elements.
Group
This is a Teachme Process environment dedicated to each company. Accounts are shared with Teachme Biz.
Processes
A diagram that represents the flow of work. You can create and search for processes from the Processes list, and frequently used ones can be added to Favorites. Editing and viewing permissions are set for each process.
Nodes and Edges
A process is made up of nodes, which represent steps, and edges, which represent connections.
- Start Node…The starting point of a process. It cannot be deleted.
- Execution Node…A step in the work. You can set a description, Duration, Task Type, badge, Assignment labels, Manual, links, and Related processes.
- Condition Node…A point where the flow branches depending on conditions.
- End Node…The endpoint of a process.
3 Views
- Flow…What to do and in what order. Useful when first thinking through the flow of work.
- Node List…A list format. You can check Duration and whether a Manual is attached at a glance. Data can also be exported as CSV.
- Swimlane…Flow by assignee. Displayed when Assignment labels are set.
Related Processes
Processes can be linked to other processes. You can set a detailed process on an Execution Node, or set Upstream processes on a Start Node and Downstream processes on an End Node. This allows large workflows to be expressed in separate parts rather than crammed onto a single diagram.
Version History
A history is saved each time you save. You can name a Version, and view or restore past versions.
