This guide explains how to get started with Teachme Process.

Sign In

Select Teachme Process from the sign-in screen shared across the Teachme series. You do not need to create a separate Account for Teachme Process.

Supported Devices

Teachme Process is used via a web Browser. There is no dedicated app. The interface is designed primarily for use on a computer. It can also be used on a tablet, however editing diagrams may be difficult on smaller screens.

Understanding Permissions

Permissions are organized into two levels.

Group Permissions

Group permissions consist of three types: Owner, Administrator, and Member. Your permission level is displayed in the user menu. There is no need to configure this manually — it is determined automatically.

Owner / Administrator…Can view the Group's User List. Can also grant permissions for any process.
Member…Can create New processes, and edit, delete, duplicate, or configure permissions for processes they created or have editing rights to.

If a Member attempts to open the Group's User List, they will be redirected to the home screen.

Per-Process Permissions

Each process has Edit and View permissions that can be configured individually. Permissions can be granted in two ways.

Per User…Grant permissions to specific users.
Entire Organization…Choose from No permission, View, or Edit.

Processes for which a user does not have View permission will not appear in the Processes list.
